Product is just as described. I am satisfied with the item itself. I was extremely disappointed with the shipping of my item and have expressed this with customer service. Initially when ordered, I was given a 3-5 day time frame. The item was not even sent out the day I was supposed to have received it. The item however was packaged nice.
