The big brush you can get at Walmart - just don't use it for any other cleaning. The small brush for tube cleaning won't work because you cannot get it around the 90 degree turn in the mouthpiece. I use a clothes pin to hang the water bag. I use a plastic cup to spread the bag open for air drying.
