I am 54, run 12-20 miles a week, mostly on hard dirt trails, but some treadmill when it gets hot in the summer. I previously ran on Nike Structure's because the toe box felt bigger than other brands in the standard width. However, they were still too narrow and I had to tape my toes to keep from getting blisters on runs longer than 4-5 miles. In November '09 I ordered a pair of Nimbus 11's in a 9.5EE and they are perfect. As mentioned in other reviews they have a nice, cushioned ride and combined with the bigger toe box my feet are finally happy, even after 6 or 7 miles!
