Very nice, versatile bar for doorway chinup work with bent knees if you are over 5 foot 5 inches tall. Great tool. Can set it up on the right doorway and move it or take it down without having to loosen or detach brackets because of the way it holds itself to the doorway via the molding. But beware that if your doorway is any less than about 31" wide or any more than about 35" you will have problems with this unit fitting.
