Be careful to always check the backpack capacity when ordering online. 1550 cu inches is a medium capacity and may not function well for anyone past the 6th grade, but it's perfect for my 3rd grader.

On to the product. When I opened the box, my first impression of this item was not good at all. I'll break this down into the different parts of the backpack:

Material: The material is much thinner than I expected. I have my doubts on whether it will hold up over time.

Sturdiness: I also was unhappy that there was no type of support on/in the base of the bag. That and the flimsy material result in the bag constantly falling over unless it's packed full of books. It certainly won't stand on its own when empty either, unless stuffed full of tissues (like the impression the product page image gives).

Padding: The padding is another poor spot for me. The foam in the straps is pretty firm and I'm not sure if you wouldn't be just as good without it altogether. The padding on the back of the bag doesn't even run the width of the bag! If you look at the product images, the pad stops where the straps are (about 2" from the sides), so if you carry the pack over one shoulder you'll most likely have books poking you.

Construction/Design: The stitching and zipper on the bag are it's only redeeming qualities for me. The nylon zippers are pretty beefy and probably the same used on more expensive JanSport products. There are NO additional pockets other than the large one on the front. This definitely limits your ability to keep things organized.

Value: Poor. This isn't what I would expect from a JanSport product. I paid $28 for the purple bag for my son. There were a few other colors a little less expensive, but that's about the average price and as usual, Amazon had the best price. This replaced a 2 yr old Transformers backpack that frankly was better made and purchased at a discount brick and mortar for half the price. Whether or not it lasts as long remains to be seen. The only reason I've given it at least 2 stars is because it hasn't been tested yet. I had my first L5-S1 back surgery in 1987 after a MVA, a 6.5 hr neck cancer surgery in 1999 and have a fused C5/C6. I've had many spinal problems since and have had constant chiropractic care and massage every year since 1990, costing a small fortune.

I then suffered a severe compression injury at T8-T11 Oct 2008 when I hit a large pothole with a motorcycle. Five MRI's in 09 (grand total of 18!), many DC's, MD's, massage therapists and finally "pain management", plus a desperate visit with a neurosurgeon for one last opinion, he stated there was nothing they could do but medicate, leaving me with very little hope, extremely limited ability to move and living with a great deal of pain. Having had at least two other pre-owned generic inversion tables years ago, and one inversion seat two years ago, none of which I really liked, I saw an ad on TV a week or so ago for the Teeter and decided to give this another try. In the very short time I have used this I have at least some noticeable relief and no difficulty using the machine.

I also use and highly recommend the FANTASTIC, Robert's moist heating pad (never have to add water but you will need to put towels or a very heavy shirt on top due to it's high temp) which covers the table to help loosen the muscles before and during use.

This quality table is extremely well designed and made. I am very pleased with the purchase!

Had I not gotten this unit with the extended release mechanism for the feet, it is quite likely I may not have gotten off the table after the first two uses as I could barely stand up and certainly could not bend over whatsoever. I also could not have done without the extended hand rails.

I have so much pain (I had a severe reaction to the Magnevist dye used for an MRI in Jan 06 which has locked up my spine and joints since), I very slowly first lower my butt down on the table after a session, slide out one foot and unlock the foot release, very slowly get off the machine and then stretch bending forward for a few minutes. I've only used a minimal degree of inversion, but this table has been great. The $3.99 over night shipping with Amazon Prime was superb.

It has been the ONLY means of dealing with my spinal injuries that has allowed me movement the past couple of days and I now have some hope for recovery and betting back to riding our Gold Wing.

The buttons could be easier to press imo if they used the big flat buttons on both sides of the watch instead of the round ones which are really annoying to press.

Alarm could be alot louder, it cannot wake me from sleep.

This workout by The Firm, for once, didn't disappoint me. This was the first kettlebell workout I've ever tried, and I thought it was a blast. It's not for those who have a lot of experience with kettlebell workouts, but it's a great workout for those who are just starting out (like myself!).

Here's the breakdown:

GOOD:
1) If you are an experienced exerciser, you can actually keep up with the moves! Usually, this is a problem for me when I try a workout by the Firm--any of the ones involving dance moves just go too fast for me to keep up, because they change up the moves so often. I had no problems catching up to Kelsie Daniels even if I was unsure of the moves. Also, the moves were not overly and unnecessarily complicated.
2)The moves with the kettlebell are definitely tailored to people who haven't used the kettlebell before. There is even a "Learn the Moves" segment in the Bonus section of the DVD so you can familiarize yourself with basic kettlebell moves.
3) The kettlebell is used a lot (I hate DVDs where they say it's a sculpting or weight-training DVD, and then hardly use the weights!), and is interspersed with some brief cardio sections. However, I found my heart rate up even while doing most of the moves with the kettlebell, because compound movements are used.
4)There are modifications shown for beginners; again, I liked these because if I did get a little lost when Kelsie switched up a move, I could follow the beginner moves and still get a good workout.
5) I liked how the kettlebell was incorporated into the brief abs section at the end of the workout. I especially liked the Turkish Get-Up and the pushups with overhead flies.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT:
1) As other reviewers have said, the kettlebell is a little hard to grip and handle, especially for people with big hands. I found it a bit difficult to get a good grip on the thing during the moves where you had to switch what hand the kettlebell was in between moves. In one move where you swing the kettlebell in front of you with one hand and switch it to the other, I was worried the whole time it was going to slip out of my hands and crash into my flat-screen TV. I would suggest buying a different kettlebell if you love the workout but are having issues with gripping the one sent with the kit, or get lifting gloves to get a better grip.
2) I love Kelsie Daniels as an instructor, but I've noticed her workouts involve a LOT of lunges (some of them jumping lunges). I began to feel pains in my knees after a while; be careful with this. I made my lunges a little smaller because of that.
3) The stretch at the end could have been a little better; I would have liked to see more hamstring and glute stretches since you do so many lunges. I added these in after the entire workout was over.
4) As with most of The Firm workouts, Kelsie does add on to moves fairly quickly. You have to pay attention to when she switches; but again, I didn't find it hard to catch up to her, as the moves weren't complicated to follow or do to begin with. I don't mind some fast switches between moves every now and then, as long as I can eventually catch up and keep up pretty reasonably!

Overall, I LOVE this workout; the good outweighs what needs improvement in my opinion. It was a great introduction to the kettlebell, the moves were pretty easy to do and follow, and Kelsie Daniels knows her stuff. If you want to vary your routine and try something new, then I would definitely recommend this workout.
